In the company BMA PARTNERJI, zavarovalno posredniška družba, d.o.o., Železna cesta 16, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number 5936110000 (hereinafter the controller), we are aware of the importance of the human right to privacy and responsibility of the company as a controller of personal data files. We pay special attention to its use in accordance with the regulations and principles of good practice and to inform customers.
We collect and process only the data necessary to fulfill the contractual obligation or. to fulfill the purpose for which the data were collected. Personal data are collected on a contractual and legal basis, in particular the Insurance Act, and are used only to conclude and implement a contractual (usualyl insurance) relationship.
The controller shall properly store and protect personal data. The controller shall keep the personal data processed in accordance with the applicable legislation for another ten years from the expiry of the last insured policy taken out or the completion of the processing of the last insured event. Other personal data shall be kept until the fulfillment of the purpose for which they were collected or within the limitation periods for obligations that could arise from the processing of such personal data. In order to meet the requirements of tax legislation, invoices are kept for 10 years after the end of the year to which the invoice relates.
Data processed with the consent of the individual shall be kept by the controller until the revocation of his consent. The user may at any time submit a written request to cancel the use of personal data.
According to the current legislation in the field of personal data protection, the individual has the following rights concerning the processing of his data: the right to information, the right to rectification, the right to delete or limit processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to transfer data.
The data subject has the right to lodge a possible complaint regarding the processing of personal data. We accept complaints regarding the processing of personal data to the following e-mail address: bma.partnerji@bmap.si, or by registered mail to the seat of the operator. We are also available at the address below for any remaining information regarding the protection of personal data.
Any data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner if he / she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him / her violates the provisions in the field of personal data protection.
We reserve the right to contact you further during the resolution of your request in order to verify your identity, prevent possible abuse and in order to fully address your request, when the request does not contain all the information necessary to process it.
The administrator reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy.
The privacy policy is valid from 25 May 2018 onwards.
