We pay special attention to its use in accordance with the regulations and principles of good practice and to inform customers.
We collect and process only the data necessary to fulfill the contractual obligation or. to fulfill the purpose for which the data were collected. Personal data are collected on a contractual and legal basis, in particular the Insurance Act, and are used only to conclude and implement a contractual (usualyl insurance) relationship.
The controller shall properly store and protect personal data. The controller shall keep the personal data processed in accordance with the applicable legislation for another ten years from the expiry of the last insured policy taken out or the completion of the processing of the last insured event. Other personal data shall be kept until the fulfillment of the purpose for which they were collected or within the limitation periods for obligations that could arise from the processing of such personal data. In order to meet the requirements of tax legislation, invoices are kept for 10 years after the end of the year to which the invoice relates.
Data processed with the consent of the individual shall be kept by the controller until the revocation of his consent. The user may at any time submit a written request to cancel the use of personal data.
According to the current legislation in the field of personal data protection, the individual has the following rights concerning the processing of his data: the right to information, the right to rectification, the right to delete or limit processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to transfer data.
The data subject has the right to lodge a possible complaint regarding the processing of personal data. Any data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner if he / she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him / her violates the provisions in the field of personal data protection.
