In accordance with the provisions of Article 545 of the Insurance Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 93\/2015), we inform you of the following information:<\/span><\/h6>

The company BMA Partnerji, d.o.o., \u017delezna cesta 16, 1000 Ljubljana has a valid license to conduct insurance brokerage activities issued by the Insurance Supervision Agency on 08.10.2002 (Number: 30220 - 1943 \/ 02-4- ZN).<\/p>

Insurance brokers nor the brokerage company BMA Partnerji, d.o.o. do not have a direct or indirect share that represents more than 10% of the share of voting rights or share in the capital of any insurance company.<\/p>

Also, no insurance company has a direct or indirect share, which would represent more than 10% of the share of voting rights or share in the capital of BMA Partnerji, d.o.o.<\/p>

BMA Partnerji, d.o.o., \u017delezna cesta 16, 1000 Ljubljana has no legal or economic ties within the meaning of Article 553 of ZZavar-1 with any of the insurance companies that may affect the impartiality of the insurance intermediary in fulfilling any obligations to the policyholder.<\/p>

BMA Partnerji d.o.o. works with all insurance companies that offer their services on the Slovenian market either directly, indirectly through a branch or have their registered office in the Republic of Slovenia.<\/p>

BMA Partnerji d.o.o. is not obligated to one or more insurance companies. BMA Partnerji d.o.o. gives the policyholder advice on concluding the contract on the basis of a correct and fair analysis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In accordance with Article 579 of the Zzavar-1, the company BMA Partnerji, d.o.o. has established an internal procedure for resolving complaints.<\/span><\/h6>

If the consumer does not agree with the final decision to deal with the complaint in the company's internal complaint procedure, he has the right to initiate the mediation procedure before the selected IRPS provider.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
